Next Deal Coming Soon

Big news this week everybody! We are finally getting into contract and doing some due diligence on our next deal. This one is going to be a killer property and let me show you why.

This is actually looking out over a New York State reservoir and right onto some just gorgeous privacy. And there are no neighbors around. This is a beautiful, beautiful property up here in North Salem.

I mean this house is definitely going to need a full gut but nothing beats this view. 

Given the location of the property and the way that it’s laid out, you can see a full walk out basement with a wet bar and full bath.  There’s even a legal bedroom down there. We will obviously move that bedroom up to the first floor, but that will allow us to reclaim that space without doing much else down there besides the full gut renovation. 

I think given the location and the views of the reservoir, we’ll probably lean towards a cool modern design here with lots of windows looking out straight over that reservoir.
