We're looking for dated 1950s/1960s capes, ranches and bungalows in Bedford, Pound Ridge, North Castle and the surrounding towns in the $600k - $950k range that we can force appreciation on (add square footage) in turn setting new outsale records.

We're also looking for distressed properties or foreclosures that require a tear down or complete gut renovation in the $600k - $1.1M range.
